New memes: mixed up outdoor place and (bonus!) a new speech habit

As part of my never ending quest to spawn a new meme, I've come up with two new possibilities.

1. "Padeckio" -- a combination of "patio" and "deck"; I know there's a big difference between the two, but I can never remember which is which.  Thus enters the "padeckio", an outdoor place for the whole family!
2. "The laws of physics being what they are,..." -- A great new way to start off your side of an argument.  Examples: "The laws of physics being what they are, I really can't see why we need to mow the lawn.", or "The laws of physics being what they are, shouldn't we try to get to the luau?"  Handy, isn't it?
